Call for the per-person price. Hosts Jan and Joanna Kosz will make you feel most welcome in this hideaway. The main lodge, formerly known as The Northwoods, was built in the 1940s by Bavarian immigrants, and its log walls have echoed with the laughter of generations of square dancers. The present owners, who are proprietors of the highly-acclaimed Taste of Poland Restaurant in Lake George Village (visit www.taste-of-poland.com and click on the "The Ranch" link), expect to open the dining room here soon, with meals by reservation only.
